The ITALES (Innovative Teaching And Learning Environments for Schools) website is no longer accessible as this project officially ended in June 2004.
ITALES was a project partially funded by the European Commission under the Information Society and Technologies (IST) Research Programme. It addressed a major European priority: School of Tomorrow. As well as developing innovative authoring tools for teachers to let them build personalised learning content for their pupils, the project also developed a web-based 3D virtual reality eLearning and Teaching environment.
